- Booking: Appointments can be made by phone, email, or through our online booking system.
- Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email or phone call for your appointment. Please review the details carefully and notify us immediately of any discrepancies.

- Late Arrival: We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are running late, please call us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you, but please be aware that late arrivals may shorten the duration of your service.
- We understand that life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours notice.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $30.
- No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment entirely (no-show) will be charged the full service price.
- We accept all major credit cards, Venmo, and Zelle.
- Payment is due at the time of service.
- We are unable to accept split payments for services.
- Current pricing is available upon request or on our website.
- We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time. The price quoted at the time of booking will be the price charged.
- We strive to provide detailed descriptions of our services. Please ask your esthetician if you have any questions about a specific service.
- We have a no-gratuity policy in place, so you only pay the established price for your service.
- Please disclose any relevant medical conditions or allergies to your esthetician during the consultation.
- Certain conditions or allergies may contraindicate specific services.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may be unsafe for you.
- We expect all clients to treat our staff and other clients with respect.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone exhibiting disruptive or abusive behavior.
- Gift certificates are non-refundable but may be applied towards a future service of equal or greater value.
- Gift certificates expire one year after the date of purchase.

- Esthetic services are intended to promote relaxation and improve the appearance of your skin. Results may vary depending on individual factors such as skin type, condition, and lifestyle habits.
